Warehouse Manager
Job Description:
Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of office furniture, stationery & supplies.
- Ensure proper handling of bulky and heavy furniture items to prevent damage and injury.
- Coordinate deliveries to Montego Bay branch and customers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
- Maintain optimal warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Investigate and report stock variances, damages, and losses.
- Implement proper stock rotation and storage practices to prevent deterioration.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations & Inventory teams to manage stock availability.
- Supervise all warehouse staff
- Provide on-the-job training and performance guidance to warehouse staff
- Liaise with HR, Accounts, and Management regarding staffing, overtime, and operational needs.
- Support customer service by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Coordinate special deliveries, installations, or bulk orders as required.
- Any other related duties assigned.
Academic Qualifications and Experience required for job:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in furniture, retail, or distribution.

Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The customer service representative is responsible for assisting existing and potential customers with product and service inquiries with prompt efficiency in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. You will be responsible for customer retention by addressing customers’ concerns and providing follow-through and updates regarding customers’ queries and or complaints. You will be required to liaison with various departments within the company to ensure customers’ complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
