SOS offers FREE delivery within the corporate area during regular working hours (8:30a.m. – 4:30p.m.).
Installation services are offered with all standard furniture purchases. After hours or weekend work is scheduled, with a minimum charge, to facilitate any customer that cannot have installations or repairs done during working hours.
SOS handles any repairs and refurbishing of office furniture. This involves the reupholstering and repairing of chairs, respraying of lateral cabinets, filing cabinets, stationery cupboards and metal desks. As well as repairing or replacing broken handles, locks and filing cabinet drawers and any other items that need replacement parts or repairs.
No annual maintenance fee is required from our customers who have an account with SOS for after sales service and support. Items under warranty that are damaged will be repaired as quickly as possible at no charge to the client. Items damaged through the fault of the customer will be repaired and the customer will be charged accordingly. Your account executive will a always be on hand to assist in the assessment of your furniture and your needs in maintaining the proper function and style to keep office looking professional and clean.
